Thatching project in Noordhoek is making excellent progress
Our team started with the second phase of a Noordhoek thatch roof project for a client. The project is making excellent progress with this installation. The latches are now being installed and our skilled team will start with the thatching process next week.
Round poles would normally be used for a structure like this, but our client wanted to use 50×228 SA Pine rafters and 70×363 Capelam beams for the ridge beams. All rafters were painted before the installation took place. We are very excited to see the end result of this project once it has been completed.
